RVMF: RELIABLE ROUTING METHOD FOR VEHICULAR AD HOC NETWORKS USING MOTH-FLAME AND FIREFLY OPTIMIZATION ALGORITHMS

With the advancement of wireless communication technology, intelligent transportation system (ITS) has attracted attention vehicle companies and academic researchers. Recently, vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) as a leading genuine technology have received serious kind mobile network (MANET) to ensure safety vehicles, drivers, passengers. However, these face many challenges due mobility nodes, communication, frequent topology changes. One crucial issues is cluster-based routing scheme with ability provide quality service (QoS) parameters. A clustering an appropriate method for increasing scalability VANETs. In scheme, cluster head (CH) responsible receiving data from its member aggregating transferring next CH node. On other hand, providing suitable NP-hard problems meta-heuristic algorithms are solving problems. scalable reliable necessary essential in this paper, based on technique presented considering moth-flame optimization (MFO) algorithm Firefly (FoA) fitness function between CHs. The simulation proposed MATLAB software shows that RVMF improves parameters packet delivery rate (PDR), latency, throughput.
